As Senior Design Manager and creative lead for Hanes Kids Underwear and Babywear, I managed a team of seasoned Designers and Graphic Artists on a strategic reinvention of the existing business and targeted growth through new, more elevated product design.
In this role, I delivered a strong creative point of view on the product direction, breathed new life into the seasonal color and print stories, and reduced complexity of materials across the business. Partnering closely with the Product Management and Merchandising teams, our best-in-class products consistently exceeded plan and saw frequent share and space gains from our competition.
